    Completed at the end of 2013, Jelutong Prime comprises of 24 units of 3-storey semi-detached light industrial units over a freehold area of 6.4 acres. Located at the confluence of three major highways, the NKVE, Guthrie Corridor Expressway and the Elite Expressway, Jelutong Prime also possesses direct highway. frontage facing the Bukit Jelutong Toll Plaza, ensuring fantastic visibility.

    The built-up area for each unit is approximately 6,000 square feet, and the land area varies from 8,000 to 10,000 square feet, providing ample parking and working space. Each unit is designed to perform various functions, and all are equipped with a 1.5 ton cargo lift.

    Jelutong Prime was launched in early 2012, and within the first 6 months achieved 70% sales. The whole project was sold out well before completion, and handover occurred ahead of schedule.

    Taman Muzaffar Heights is a 180 acre township in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, a short 10 minute drive from the Ayer Keroh Toll Plaza and the North-South Highway, and 20 minutes from Melaka town centre. It sits next to the recent Melaka International Trade Centre development and adjoins the state police headquarters and the Multimedia University.

    Involvement in this project, which is still ongoing, was from 2004 to 2009, and in that period, 466 units in this mixed development was completed and sold, comprising of 372 terrace houses and 94 semi-detached houses. In addition, 243 units of terrace houses and 74 shoplots were approved before the project was sold. The development has sold well to the local market as well as to Singaporeans, many of whom have weekend residences here.

    Recent sub-sales have indicated that current prices are approximately double the launch prices, as Melaka has prospered over the recent years with its designation as a UNESCO heritage zone. The development has grown into a mature township, with nearly all the houses occupied.

    Kristal Court
    Curve Development Sdn. Bhd.

    Kristal Court, in Taman Seputeh, is a low density, 66-unit 5-storey condominium nestled in the secluded hills just off the Federal Highway and minutes from the Mid Valley Megamall and the Gardens. It adjoins the Thean Hou Temple complex, and sits on an elevated position overlooking much of the taman. Completed in 1990, it comprises mainly of 2 and 3 bedroom units from 1,000 to 1,400 square feet.

    The development is surrounded by lush greenery and is in a relatively quiet and peaceful area, yet accessibility is good. Its elevation provides an advantageous view as well as a substantial amount of cross-ventilation Facilities include a swimming pool, saunas, BBQ pits and a children's playground.

    Since completion, prices have more than tripled, and occupancy rates remain high. The condominium has a strong management team, and a recent refurbishment has seen it freshly repainted.
